Vendor Booth Options & Pricing

10x10 Retail Booth & Reader booths

  • $325 for both expo days (includes Friday setup)

  • $350 for Premium Corner Booths

  • $375 for Electric Booths

  • $400 for Corner Electric Booths

  • Includes 1-8ft table, 2 chairs & 4 staff passes

  • For retail vendors and readers (One reader per booth)

10x30 ft. Premium space available.  

  • 3-8 ft tables included

  • 6 folding chairs

  • Space is between lecture stages. 

  • Only 1 of these spaces available.

  • Includes electric

Special Notes:

  • Readers may sell merchandise in  (10x10) booth spaces

  • Service prices must be clearly visible to attendees

  • No commercial cosmetics—artisan and holistic products welcome

  • Limited spaces for aura photography (first come, first served)

  • No open flames inside the facility​

Important Dates & Payment Information

​

  • Vendor applications due by September 13, 2026

  • (Applications after this date incur a $25 late fee)

  • Payment plans are via Manual Payment at checkout & will be sent after receipt of application.

  • $100 deposit and 4 months to pay in full. 

  • Full payment due by October 1, 2026
    (Pay securely via PayPal  and other payment methods at checkout)

  • Booths secured via application without payment (in full or by starting payment plan) will be held for 2 weeks before losing chosen booth.
