Inner Peace Metaphysical Expo  — Vendor Terms & Conditions

1) Event Details

·         Event: Inner Peace Metaphysical Expo & Oddities

·         Dates: November 14–15, 2026

·         Vendor Load-In/Set-Up: November 13, 2026 (time window provided closer to event)

·         Location: 2901 Key St., Maumee, OH 43537

2) Vendor Eligibility & Product Guidelines

·         Vendors must offer products and/or services aligned with the event’s metaphysical, spiritual, wellness, and/or oddities theme.

·         All items and services must be legal to sell in the State of Ohio and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.

·         No counterfeit, stolen, or unlicensed goods are permitted.

·         If you plan to sell regulated items (examples: certain taxidermy/specimens, blades, age-restricted items), you are responsible for all required permits, age verification, and compliance.

3) Application Requirements & Approval

·         Vendor applications must include:

o   A short bio

o   A photo (vendor headshot and/or booth/product photo)

o   A product description

·         Acceptance is at the discretion of the organizer to maintain a balanced vendor mix.

·         The organizer may limit the number of vendors in a category.

4) Booth Assignment & Use

·         Booth assignments are determined by the organizer and may be adjusted for layout, safety, and traffic flow.

·         Vendors must remain within their assigned booth footprint.

·         Booth sharing or subleasing is not permitted without written approval.

·         Vendors agree to keep their booth area clean, safe, and family-friendly.

5) Payment Terms

·         Booth fees must be paid in full by October 1, 2026.

·         Unpaid booths after the deadline may be released to other vendors.
