Vendor Booth Options & Pricing

10x10 Retail Booth

  • $300 for both expo days (includes Friday setup)

  • $325 for Premium Corner Booths

  • Includes 2 chairs & 4 staff passes

  • Add tables if needed (not included)

  • For retail vendors and readers (one reader per booth)

  • Each additional booth: $50 discount

8x8 Reader Booth

  • $250 for both expo days (includes Friday setup)

  • Includes 2 folding chairs & 2 staff passes

  • One reader per booth, no retail

  • Please bring your own card table or small table

Special Notes:

  • Readers may sell merchandise in larger (10x10) booth spaces

  • Service prices must be clearly visible to attendees

  • No commercial cosmetics—artisan and holistic products welcome

  • Limited spaces for aura photography (first come, first served)

  • No open flames inside the facility

  • Dry camping available for vendors (additional fee applies)​

Important Dates & Payment Information

​

  • Vendor applications due by January 13, 2026

  • (Applications after this date incur a $25 late fee)

  • Payment plans via Paypal Pay Later at checkout (4 payments)

  • Full payment due by February 1, 2026
    (Pay securely via PayPal  and other payment methods at checkout)

  • Booths secured via application without payment (in full or by starting payment plan) will be held for 2 weeks before losing chosen booth.

Applications must be submitted before January 13th to avoid late fee. 

We do accept payments through paypal payments on the checkout page, all booths must be paid in full by February 1st. 2026​

Inner Peace Metaphysical Expo
Vendor Rules & Regulations

No open flames of any kind are permitted on site. 

No pets are allowed inside the expo hall unless service animals.

Booth Reservations & Applications

  • Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Late applications (submitted after the due date) must include a late fee.

  • Applications are processed in the order received.

  • Booth placement may be adjusted by Expo management if necessary to resolve conflicts.

  • Pamphlets and business information may only be passed out at booths, not on the main floor. 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of submitting your contract: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3 or more months before the Expo: Full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made 45 days or less before the Expo, or vendors that don't show: No refund.

Expo Management Rights

  • Expo management reserves the right to approve or deny booth reservations.

  • Vendors may be asked to leave the premises for any valid reason, such as causing a disruption or liability to the Expo. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Event Cancellation

  • ​If the Expo is canceled due to natural disaster or incident outside of the organizers control, the organizers are not responsible for losses.

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must fully disclose all booth activities and offerings. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without notice or refund.

Liability

  • The Mystical Moons, Inner Peace Metaphysical Expo, and their representatives are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

  • The Expo is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises, including those involving anyone in your booth party.
