Invisible Beings, Symbolism, and Spiritual Psychology as Transcendent Self-Empowerment
Many of us encounter beings that are not visible, be they imaginary friends, deceased relatives in dreams, or messengers from a divine being, we have all had some contact with something we could sense but was not physically there. This alone is not a reason for worry or a cause for conflict, as we will discover that many cultures throughout the world have some version of this invisible person experience. This workshop will explore the nuance between an otherworldly encounter, the psychological and biological arenas where those concepts reside, and the beneficial impacts that leaning into these experiences brings us as humans. We will also try building our own imaginary being in meditation to see how these aspects could play a part in our daily lives. Rich in imagery, symbolism, and meaning, this session will expand your understanding of what it means to interact with things that reside just outside of our physical world.

The Sacred Pause Soap Co.
Finding Your Sacred Pause: Simple Ways to Slow Down in a Busy World
Hi, I’m the creator of The Sacred Pause Soap Co. I’m still in the early stages of my business, but this journey began from something very real — realizing that I had spent so much time caring for everyone else that I rarely gave myself even a moment to breathe. Making these soaps started as my own way of creating small pauses in my day, and it slowly grew into something I wanted to share with others. Each soap I make is handcrafted with intentional scents and meaningful stones, designed to turn an everyday shower into a simple moment of calm and grounding. I may not have a huge audience yet, but the people who have tried my products have told me how much they appreciate having even a few minutes to reconnect with themselves. That’s what The Sacred Pause is about — offering small, accessible moments of peace in the middle of a very real, very busy life.

Dawn Lucio
The Art of Ritual: Healing Through Scent and Intention
At Inspirational Fire, Dawn and Steve create handcrafted incense sticks and fused-glass burners designed to promote peace, reflection, and emotional renewal. Each incense blend is hand-dipped in high-quality fragrance oils on natural bamboo sticks for a clean, long-lasting burn that transforms everyday moments into rituals of mindfulness and restoration. Through their work, they combine the healing power of scent with the art of poetry. Together, they write original verses that accompany each emotional theme — offering words and fragrance as twin pathways to healing. Their creations invite participants to breathe deeply, ground themselves, and reconnect to the light within. During this presentation, Dawn and Steve will share how intention, aroma, and symbolic ritual can gently guide the mind toward balance and clarity. Participants will learn how scent interacts with memory and emotion, how to infuse daily routines with mindful meaning, and how small sensory practices can open space for calm and connection. With love and authenticity at the heart of every offering, Inspirational Fire embodies the belief that healing begins with presence, and that even the smallest ritual — when created with intention — can nurture the soul and rekindle inner peace.
