Food Truck Information
The Inner Peace Metaphysical Expo is looking for awesome food trucks to join us at the brand new expo center at the Napoleon, Ohio fairgrounds for our March 14–15, 2026 event! With the brand new venue and a welcoming, high-energy crowd, this is a great opportunity to serve attendees, vendors, and staff all weekend.

Cost?
Each food truck is subject to a $75 vending fee per day, and we’re excited to make this a fun spring weekend—one of those “finally, sunshine!” moments after a long winter. Having a couple great food trucks on-site helps turn the expo into a full outing and gives people one more reason to get out of the house, gather, and enjoy the day.
Insurance?
Food truck friends—we’re so excited to have you roll in and feed the crowd. To keep things smooth (and keep everyone protected), we do need proof of insurance showing $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. Your certificate must list the Henry County Ag Society, Henry County Commissioners, and the Henry County Ag Improvement Association as covered entities (additional insureds). Once you’ve got that paperwork ready, send it over and you’ll be all set to serve up the good stuff!

Setup / arrival details: Entry through main gate by Ag Center Building. Set up access 2 hr. before expo.

Water access: Potable water available inside convention hall

Trash, grease, and wastewater: Vendors are responsible for proper disposal—no dumping on grounds;

Required equipment & safety: Truck must be fully self-contained; bring any needed cords/adapters, fire extinguisher, and comply with fire/health requirements

Permits & compliance: Vendor is responsible for any required Ohio/mobile food licensing and health department requirements

Menu & payment methods: Share your menu ahead of time if requested; vendors handle their own sales and are encouraged to accept card + cash

Food Truck Payment & Cancellation Policy (Inner Peace Metaphysical Expo – March 14–15, 2026)
Payment is due in full to reserve your food truck space at the Inner Peace Metaphysical Expo. Your space is not confirmed until payment is received. Once confirmed, your business will be added to the event website and included in promotional materials.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable). Refunds are issued according to the schedule below:

Cancel 45+ days before the event (on or before January 28, 2026): Full refund .

Cancel 44–21 days before the event (January 29–February 21, 2026): 50% refund.

Cancel 20 days or less before the event (February 22, 2026 and after): No refunds.
No-shows, day-of cancellations, late arrivals that prevent service during event hours, or early departures are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–14 business days from receipt of the written cancellation request.
